Virtual Appointment Booking

We are offering all parents/carers an opportunity to book a ten minute virtual meeting with Mr Dean (Head of Year 7 & Transition). This will help us find out more about your child as well as answering any questions that you may have. There will be a range of appointments between Friday 7th June and Friday 14th June. Appointment times will range between 8am and 5pm. We would kindly ask that, if you are able, please book a time during the school day so that we leave those appointments before and after school hours for those that require them. It is preferable if your child does not attend the appointment but that a prior conversation takes place so you know how they are feeling about the transition and can share any worries or questions at that time. 

The booking system is live here. You will need to use the email address we have on file and then enter your child’s full name and date of birth. There is the option to add a guest for multiple people to join the call and also a facility to leave notes/questions when booking a time, which will assist in our preparations for these meetings. 

Once booked you should receive a confirmation email with a link to test your video/audio for the call. It is fine to make this an audio call through the SchoolCloud system if that is preferable. There will be an automatic email one hour before your appointment and we will also share reminders nearer the time.
