What is your role?

Head of Year 7 - I work closely with Mr Dean to support Year 7s across the week and I am the sole Head of Year 7 on a Wednesday when Mr Dean is not in school. I help mentor students and encourage them to develop their resilience and confidence whilst upholding the Cooper School way of life.

When did you start working at The Cooper School?

I joined The Cooper School in May 2022. Previously I have worked in other secondary schools and have been a Head of Year for many years. 

Where are you mostly located in the school?

I teach Religious Education and Personal Development so you will often see me around the Humanities classrooms (which handily happens to be the Year 7 Lesson 0 rooms!)

What do you like to do when you're not in school?

I enjoy spending time with friends, making the most amazing brownies (so I am told!) and being with my awesome children.
